GOHA BriefSEA LIFE Orlando is an aquarium in the ICON Park complex on International Drive, home to more than 5,000 marine animals, from sharks and stingrays to sea turtles and a Giant Pacific Octopus. It's a family-friendly outing that suits kids who like to touch, explore and watch feedings, and adults who want a relaxed indoor stop between other I-Drive plans.
You'll find the aquarium at 8449 International Drive, inside ICON Park, where Madame Tussauds Orlando and plenty of places to eat are a short walk away. Themed habitats take you from tropical reefs down to deep-sea environments as you move through.
The main highlight is the 360-degree ocean tunnel, which the official site calls Florida's only one of its kind, with sea life swimming all around you. At the Coastal Rockpool you can put your hands in and touch starfish and sea anemones. Talks, animal feedings and dive shows run through the day, and kids can follow an interactive quiz trail or burn off energy in the soft play area.
If you want more, a behind-the-scenes aquarist tour of about 30 minutes shows how the animals and habitats are cared for. There's also a VR Shark Dive add-on that puts you in a virtual Bahamas encounter with a tiger shark.
