What GOHA is

GOHA helps you discover places to stay and things to do, and links to partners where you can book. GOHA is not a hotel or tour operator.

Who can use GOHA

You must be at least 13 to use GOHA, and an adult to make a booking. Use GOHA lawfully.

Your account

You sign in with your email or Google. Keep access to your email or Google account safe; you're responsible for what happens under your GOHA account.

Community rules

• Be helpful and honest. Share your own experience.
• No ads, spam or paid posts that aren't disclosed.
• No hate, harassment, threats or illegal content.
• Don't post other people's personal information.
• Only post photos you took or have the right to share.

We may remove posts and suspend accounts that break these rules. Businesses can't edit or hide traveler posts; they can reply as the business or report a post to us.

Your posts

You keep ownership of what you post. You give GOHA a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, show, translate (for example into Spanish) and share your posts on GOHA and when promoting GOHA. The license ends when you delete a post, except for copies already shared or kept in backups for a limited time.

Business pages

GOHA builds business pages from open data and its own research. Claim a page only if you're allowed to act for that business, and keep its details accurate. We check claims and may remove access.

Bookings

Hotel bookings are made on our partner's site (RoomTrips at goha.roomtrips.com), under the partner's terms, prices and cancellation rules. GOHA is not a party to your booking. Prices and availability can change until you book.

The GOHA guide

The guide's answers are written by AI from GOHA's listings and can be wrong or out of date. Check anything important, such as hours, prices or accessibility, with the business.

Information on GOHA

We work to keep information accurate, but we can't guarantee it. GOHA's text and design belong to GOHA. Place data comes from the Overture Maps Foundation and OpenStreetMap contributors under their licenses. Embedded posts and videos belong to their creators.

No warranty and limits on liability

GOHA is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, GOHA is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to $100.

Ending use

You can stop using GOHA at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.

Changes

We may update these terms. We'll change the date above and tell you about important changes on the site.
