Overview
GOHA BriefI-Drive Indoor Kart Racing is an indoor electric go-kart track just off International Drive, and the venue now runs under the K1 Speed brand. It suits families with kids tall enough to drive, groups of friends and anyone after a quick, walk-in burst of racing.
The venue sits just off International Drive, about 15 minutes by car from Orlando International Airport and close to Interstate 4. The older I Drive NASCAR name at this address is listed as permanently closed, and K1 Speed now operates here. K1 Speed says it moved to this spot from its earlier Orlando location.
The main draw is an indoor electric kart track about a quarter mile long, with karts that reach up to 45 mph. You can just turn up, since no reservation is needed to race, and the staff provide helmets and instruction before you head out.
There is more to do off the track, too. The building has an arcade with 50-plus games, a prize redemption area, a bowling alley, a restaurant and bar, and racing memorabilia on display. The operator says indoor karting here is something nearly everyone can enjoy, which makes it an easy pick for mixed-age groups.
