GOHA BriefDisney's Keys to the Kingdom is a five-hour walking tour of Magic Kingdom that covers how the park was created and grew, with stops in backstage areas Cast Members usually see. It suits guests 16 and older who want a deeper behind-the-scenes look at Walt Disney World, rather than thrill-seekers hoping to fit in lots of rides.
The tour moves through both on-stage areas of Magic Kingdom and behind-the-scenes spaces. Along the way you hear the story of Walt Disney and how he shaped the park, plus trivia and where to spot hidden Mickeys.
The backstage parts are the draw. You go down into the Utilidor tunnels, which carry cast members, deliveries and supplies beneath the park, and you see the parade float storage area tucked behind Pirates of the Caribbean. Guests typically ride Jungle Cruise and Haunted Mansion, though Tiki Room has sometimes been swapped in for Jungle Cruise.
Lunch is included at Columbia Harbour House, and you pick your menu choice at check-in. At the end, each guest receives an exclusive keepsake. Photography and video are not allowed, so plan to take it all in without your phone.
