GOHA BriefWalt Disney World Swan Reserve is a 14-floor, boutique-style hotel that opened in November 2021 beside the original Swan building in Lake Buena Vista. It suits Disney visitors who want a smaller, more intimate base within walking or boat distance of Epcot and Disney's Hollywood Studios, with the bigger Swan and Dolphin facilities next door.
The Swan Reserve sits at 1255 Epcot Resorts Boulevard, a newer wing next to the original Swan. It has 349 rooms, and 149 of them are suites. Marriott pitches it as the more intimate option compared with its larger neighbors.
Standard rooms have either one king bed plus a sofa bed or two queen beds. Signature Suites come in three bedding setups and can be upgraded to pool deck or Epcot views, and they are marketed as a good fit for families. The hotel's own pool area has an elevated deck and a fire pit, with Tangerine serving cocktails, wine and beer poolside. If you want more space to swim, the Swan and Dolphin pools across the street, including a main pool and two lap pools, are open to you.
For food, there are four restaurants and lounges. Amare is the signature Mediterranean spot, and Grounds next door handles coffee and grab-and-go. Getting to the parks is easy: walking paths and Disney boats reach Epcot and Hollywood Studios, and free transportation runs to Magic Kingdom and Animal Kingdom. Guests also get Early Theme Park Entry and extended evening hours.
