GOHA BriefVillas at Fortune Place is a smoke-free aparthotel in Kissimmee with about 100 two- and three-bedroom apartments, each with a full kitchen. It suits families, larger groups of up to ten and anyone planning a longer stay a few miles from the theme parks.
The resort sits at 1201 Simpson Road in Kissimmee, a few miles from the theme parks and close to shopping, restaurants and nightlife. It is described as a relaxed, family-friendly community, and the setup leans toward families and extended stays rather than quick overnight visits.
Instead of standard hotel rooms, you get fully furnished apartments with full kitchens and roomy living and dining areas. You can cook in, use the grill and barbecue area, and lean on daily housekeeping and on-site laundry. Some units have their own in-suite laundry.
The grounds are where it stands out for families: two outdoor pools, a separate children's pool with loungers and umbrellas, a hot tub, mini golf, a playground, plus tennis, basketball and shuffleboard. There is also a fitness center, and the front desk is staffed around the clock.
