The hotel sits at 6725 Adventure Way in Orlando, inside Universal Orlando Resort. A dedicated walking path links it to Universal Volcano Bay, so you can walk to the water park. Islands of Adventure is about 0.6 miles away and The Wizarding World of Harry Potter about 0.7 miles, and shuttles run between the hotel and the theme parks.
Standard rooms are about 238 square feet with one king bed, a sleeper sofa and separate bath and vanity areas, and they sleep up to four. Rooms have floor-to-ceiling windows, and you can request an upgrade to a skyline view. A tablet in each room controls the lighting and temperature and handles service requests. A mobility-accessible room with two queen beds and a roll-in shower is also offered.
Outside the room, there's an outdoor pool with a children's splash zone, sun loungers, a hot tub and a fire pit. A market-style food hall serves breakfast, lunch and dinner across several cuisines, and there's a Starbucks, lobby and pool bars, and a rooftop bar that looks out over the theme parks. The hotel has a game room, with Universal Orlando's first virtual-reality game room upstairs. A fitness center is open to guests.
