GOHA BriefReunion Resort & Golf Club is a 2,300-acre resort in Kissimmee, southwest of Orlando, about 6 miles from the major theme parks. With villas and large vacation homes, full kitchens, three signature golf courses and a five-acre water park, it suits families, groups and golfers.
The resort spreads across 2,300 acres in Kissimmee, roughly 30 miles from Orlando International Airport. Most guests stay in one- to three-bedroom villas, and there are larger private vacation homes with up to thirteen bedrooms. Accommodations include kitchens with refrigerators, stovetops, microwaves and cookware. Reviewers on a booking site say the villas work well for families and groups, since they have multiple bathrooms and full kitchens.
There are three 18-hole signature courses, designed by Jack Nicklaus, Arnold Palmer and Tom Watson. The resort is also home to the world headquarters of the Golfzon Leadbetter Academy, which offers golf instruction.
For families, the five-acre water park has a lazy river about 1,000 feet long. Reviewers call the water park and pools a highlight, especially for children. There is also a kids club with recreation programs, a playground, tennis courts, a fitness center and bicycles for rent. The rooftop pool in the main building overlooks the golf course and has a fireplace and lounge chairs. Six dining venues range from casual to fine dining.
