GOHA BriefLakeside Inn And Cafe is a small, 10-room inn on Alligator Lake, just off Highway 192 east of St. Cloud. It suits travelers who want a quiet, lakeside base away from the busier parts of the Orlando area, especially boaters, anglers and anyone happy to slow down by the water.
The inn sits on the shore of Alligator Lake in a residential area, with landscaping that keeps it feeling private and quiet. The views are of the lake and the greenery around it, and the grounds include a terrace, a garden, a picnic area and barbecue grills.
Rooms are in a single building, with options ranging from a standard room with one queen bed to rooms with multiple beds and a master suite family room. Each has air conditioning, a refrigerator, a flat-screen TV with cable, and a private bathroom with a shower and hair dryer. Wi-Fi is included.
The water is the main draw. You can walk out on the dock at sunrise or sunset, sit in the small lakeside area, or launch from the private boat ramp and tie up in the dock slips. The lake suits fishing, kayaking and wildlife viewing, and a booking listing notes an on-site restaurant.
