GOHA BriefKapp and Kappy B&B is a bed and breakfast in a restored 1913 house in Kissimmee's historic downtown. It suits travelers who want a quieter, small-inn base with a hot breakfast, gardens and a porch, while staying within driving distance of the theme parks and Orlando.
The inn occupies a restored and modernized house from 1913 in central Kissimmee, about a minute's drive from Kissimmee Lakefront Park. From the front door you can walk through the South Beaumont Historic District to downtown antique malls, restaurants and boutiques. The Kissimmee SunRail station is about a 12-minute walk away.
Mornings start with a free full hot breakfast, served from 6:00 to 9:00 AM in the inn's distinctive dining room. Rooms have en-suite showers, free Wi-Fi, refrigerators, coffee makers and flat-screen cable TVs. Outside the room, there is a shared living room, a barbecue area, a picnic area and a wraparound porch with rocking chairs.
The grounds stand out for a small inn, with a sculpture garden and a certified butterfly garden. Bicycle rental is available on site, and the property also offers concierge services, luggage storage, express check-out, complimentary newspapers in the lobby, and about 1,200 square feet of facilities including conference space.
