GOHA BriefDisney's Animal Kingdom Villas Kidani Village is a villa-style resort in the Disney area near Orlando, set beside savannas where over thirty species of African wildlife live. With options from deluxe studios to three-bedroom grand villas, it suits couples, families and groups of up to ten who want space, a kitchen and animals outside the window.
Kidani Village sits at 3701 Osceola Parkway in Lake Buena Vista. It opened in May 2009, after the neighbouring Jambo House, and is a separate building with its own front desk for arrivals. There are 493 villas in total, and roughly half of the rooms face the savanna, so many guests can watch animals right from their windows.
The villas range from deluxe studios to three-bedroom grand villas. Larger villas come with a full kitchen, two full bathrooms, a dining area, a washer and dryer, and a balcony, which makes longer stays and group trips easier. Some villas are wheelchair accessible with roll-in showers and offer hearing accessibility options.
The Samawati Springs pool is the main gathering spot, with a gently sloping zero-depth entry, a 128-foot slide and whirlpool spas, plus a separate wading pool for small children. Sanaa, the on-site restaurant, blends African cooking with Indian flavours. There is also a poolside bar, a bar/lounge, a health club, basketball and tennis courts on the Kidani side, and a children's club with campfire activities.
