GOHA BriefChampions Gate Resort Homes is a gated community of self-catering homes in Kissimmee, with 4 to 9 bedrooms and space for up to 18 people in a single home. It suits families and large groups who want their own kitchen and private pool, plus a big shared clubhouse, within a short drive of the Orlando theme parks.
The resort is a gated community of large multi-bedroom homes just off US-27 in Kissimmee. Walt Disney World Resort is about a 20-minute drive away, Universal Orlando about 25 minutes, and Orlando International Airport roughly 30 minutes.
Each home has its own screened private pool, a full kitchen and a formal dining area, so you can cook and eat together as a group. Every home also has either a games room or a spa, plus laundry facilities, which helps on longer stays with kids.
The 20,000-square-foot clubhouse is the shared hub. It has a resort-style pool with a water slide, a lazy river and poolside cabanas, plus a splash park for smaller children, a movie theatre, a restaurant and a fitness centre. Adults can also relax at the on-site spa or the bar, and there are tennis and volleyball courts, with an 18-hole golf course nearby.
