Overview
GOHA BriefShowcase of Citrus is a family-owned working citrus and cattle ranch in Clermont, open as a fresh-air attraction since 1989. It suits families with kids who want a few hours outdoors with monster truck tours, animal feeding, gem mining and seasonal fruit picking, a short drive from the Disney area.
This is a real working ranch covering about 2,500 acres, growing more than 50 varieties of citrus alongside cattle. It sits right off US Highway 27 in Clermont, a short distance from the busy Highway 192 corridor. Monster trucks parked along the main road make it easy to spot.
General access to the grounds is free, and you pay only for the experiences you book. The signature one is the monster truck tour, which takes just under an hour and rolls through the groves, fields and animal areas, passing deer, emus and buffalo. Elsewhere you can feed kangaroos, donkeys, goats and a pony, search for treasure at the gem mining sluice, or let the kids loose in the play area and themed playground. From about November to May, you can pick your own citrus in the groves.
Plan on a few hours. Many people stay longer than they expected, and one family spent about three hours here without even taking the truck ride or stopping for lunch. The open-air country store sells jams, honey, wine and fruit salsas. The open-air bar pours tropical wines, local beers and its fresh orange juice slushy and creamsicle, with plenty of seating. Food trucks are parked beyond the animal enclosures.
