Overview
GOHA BriefThe Berkley Orlando is a condominium-style resort in west Kissimmee with two- to four-bedroom suites, each with a full kitchen and washer and dryer. It suits families who want room to spread out near the Disney parks, and works well for large family reunions.
The resort sits on Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway in Kissimmee, about a ten-minute drive from Walt Disney World. Magic Kingdom is roughly 9.5 miles away and SeaWorld about 13.6 miles, and Orlando International Airport is around 30 minutes by car. Plenty of family-friendly restaurants are close by.
A stay here feels more like renting a home than a hotel room. Suites have fully equipped kitchens and in-suite laundry, so you can cook breakfast, pack park snacks and wash clothes between park days. A free scheduled shuttle runs to Magic Kingdom, EPCOT, SeaWorld Orlando and Universal Studios Florida.
The grounds are built for downtime. There are two outdoor pools, a U-shaped one and a lap pool, plus a children's pool and a hot tub, with a lake in the background and a poolside bar and grill. Indoors, a private 52-seat movie theater shows kid-friendly films, and there's a clubhouse with billiards, an arcade room, a fitness center and a health spa offering massage.
